Great surgery, staff and doctors all fab, but getting an appointment is ridiculously difficult. I tried to book an appointment for 10 days time and was told the soonest available was 3 weeks.

Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. (Viv).
Nurse (Ruth) was extremely professional with added qualities of humanity and humour.

Excellent welcoming of service by receptionist Yvonne. I'm extremely saddened to hear that Yvonne will be leaving. She has been a great asset to this surgery and if there ever comes a time where you need another member of staff in future, I recommend you re- instate her. She has made me feel extremely comfortable in this surgery, everyone ends to stare at me and my child- due to her disabilities, Yvonne males us feel at ease and asks about our welfare. You hardly see this attitude in people these days, you were lucky to have her.
